''I was introduced to farming at birth, and my love of animals and nature drew me to the passenger seat of the tractor and to agricultural fairs in which the business participated, and where I was able to show off my best heifers. The profession is filled with diversity and challenges. Every day in a farmer’s life is different and that’s what motivates me to get up in the morning.

My parents and I communicate very effectively. We have a similar view of the business and its future. My parents are open to the ideas and new techniques I bring and in turn, I listen to the experience of my mentors. No one makes decisions alone, co-management of the business is fundamental, and the working environment is harmonious and healthy. Organizing work to achieve a balanced life is a priority for us.

It is important to pay attention to the environment in order to preserve its natural resources for future generations. Cohabiting with nature is a core element of my daily life''.
