Angela Kourouklis

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Angela most recently served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Champion Iron. Over the past five years, she has led a major transformation of the HR function to support the organization’s rapid growth, modernizing human resources practices, systems and governance.

She notably led the development of a talent development strategy, strengthened leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization, helped strengthen partnerships with union representatives, and supported growth and acquisition initiatives. She also contributed to the development of HR analytics and to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including through the development of long-term partnerships with First Nations.

Angela holds an MBA and is a certified corporate director. She is recognized for her engaging leadership style, strategic vision and ability to transform organizations by building on their history, culture and the contributions of those who have helped shape them, while preparing them to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Her people-centred approach and commitment to creating high-performing, inclusive and sustainable workplaces will be valuable assets for Sollio’s future.
