Michelle Demers

In 2020, Michelle Demers joined Olymel’s leadership team as Vice-President, Information Technology. Responsible for managing IT and its teams, her mandate also includes supporting Olymel’s strategic and operational plans through digital transformation.

With more than 25 years of experience delivering IT projects and services, she has developed particular expertise in application strategies, technology roadmaps, ERP program delivery, application management, and multidisciplinary team leadership. Before joining Olymel, she held the positions of Director, ERP IT, and Senior Director, Application Services, at Agropur.

Previously, she worked as an SAP consultant for organizations including Bombardier, Hydro-Québec, and Molson Coors. She also served as a systems manager at Procter & Gamble as part of an international transformation program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Université Laval.
