Alexandre St-Jacques Burke

Alexandre St-Jacques Burke will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Sollio Agriculture in December 2026. A member of the organization since 2007, he has held a number of leadership positions within Sollio Cooperative Group, including Director, Financial Risk Management; Senior Director, Risk and Financial Markets; Vice-President, Finance, Sollio Agriculture; and most recently Chief Financial Officer of Sollio Cooperative Group.

As Vice-President, Finance of Sollio Agriculture, he supported the growth and transformation of the agricultural sector by contributing to strategic initiatives, business development activities, and several major investment and partnership projects across the network. He also played an active role in the governance of various joint ventures and in the evolution of the agricultural business model.

Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Sollio Cooperative Group in February 2020, he played an important role in strengthening the organization’s financial position during a period marked by the pandemic, market volatility, and challenges affecting certain business sectors. He contributed to the implementation of a debt reduction, recapitalization, and balance sheet optimization plan aimed at enhancing the Group’s financial strength and investment capacity.

Prior to joining the organization, he was a Senior Trader and Team Lead with Infinium Capital Management in Chicago.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation awarded by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
