''After my studies, I returned to the family farm. Since my arrival, the farm has been evolving very quickly. I am extremely motivated to make it even more successful from a technical, economic, and agro-environmental perspective.
At Ferme Rayluc, we consider our land and soils as business partners and the environment plays a central role. For us, in addition to benefiting society as a whole, improving the environment and soil health ultimately results in improved yields, fewer inputs, and increased margins. With field crops, we have only one opportunity each year to improve or change the way we do things. We only see the result of our work when it comes time to harvest. This is why I am very concerned about optimizing our operations and our yields.
I am very interested in numbers and administration. In today’s grain market, we are facing a lot of volatility. The market has suffered several shocks and supply is tight. We therefore need to be careful, know our production costs, and secure a portion of our sales in advance. It will be important to adapt and to ensure increasingly healthy soils. And I have several projects, ideas, and solutions to get there!''.
