What are the steps to process my sponsorship or donation request?

All requests must be submitted via the sponsorship application form. The request is then processed and analyzed according to a rigorous process.

Q:

How far in advance of my event should I submit my application?

R:

Applications must be received at least 90 days prior to the event.

How long should I allow for my application to be processed?

R:

You should allow 8 weeks for a response.

What are the exclusions related to donation and sponsorship requests?

R:

Sponsorships with the following characteristics will be considered as not meeting the minimum criteria determined by Sollio Cooperative Group and will therefore be automatically refused: 

  • Any request related to a political party or candidate, a pressure group or interest group, a religious group, a social club; 

  • Any organization or event that goes against the mission and values of Sollio Cooperative Group or that is in conflict of interest. 

  • Any request related to sports, culture or any other field not related to the investment priorities targeted by Sollio Cooperative Group
