''The grandson of a former pork producer, I grew up on the family land that belonged to my grandfather. He sold his herd in 2001 but he is my role model because of his extensive knowledge of the agricultural environment and his dedication to perfection.

The business proudly produces quality meat and maple syrup in a well-maintained and environmentally responsible setting. A happy mix of innovative production and tradition.

I believe that environmentally friendly farming primarily involves respecting and protecting the biodiversity of our agricultural lands and that around us.

The greatest strength of my business is its unifying effect for members of our community. Many people, friends and families come to lend a hand with the business and without this collaboration, my business would not be what it is today. The land has been in my family since 1927 and the farm is well established and highly involved in the local community. The values of mutual assistance and collaboration are invaluable to us and people in the community actively practise these values''.
