''In 2020, in partnership with other farmers, I set up a wonderful booth that feeds at least three villages in the region per season. Our dual mission is to feed our communities delicious organic vegetables while providing quality jobs for us, our employees and potential future members.

In addition to using organic practices, I believe that the farming of tomorrow involves cultivation practices that maintain and improve soil health. I believe that organic farming, on a human scale, and with a shorter time/distance to market is definitely part of the solution for agriculture of tomorrow!

Working collaboratively is exciting, rewarding and much more resilient than working alone. Indeed, over time, the choice to work with several people through the legal form of a work cooperative has been the main strength of our business. Unanimous decisions and the equitable distribution of power and responsibilities ensure that everyone is engaged towards the same goal of providing our community with healthy nourishment''.
