''From a very young age, I have enjoyed getting involved in my community and feeling that I can make things better around me. As a resident of a small community where agriculture plays a large role, I quickly understood that everyone must do their part and get involved in order to carry out promising projects.

I enjoy talking to other producers about their farming practices. It always prompts me to question our own techniques a little and I think that such questioning is the key to improving.

The environment is part of our daily lives as farmers. I have always paid particular attention to this aspect, both on the farm and in my personal life. I believe that the future depends largely on what we do today, and I want to leave my successor a healthy and sustainable business and environment. We work hand in hand with nature, so we need to take care of it if we want to continue and pass on our passion to our children!

What sets us apart as a business is how we manage to use our individual strengths to take the business to an even higher level. The proverb about strength in numbers is part of our corporate vision and we try to apply it in our daily lives. We are very close to each other. That’s how we managed to get through the tougher times and come out even stronger''.
