Having grown up on a family dairy farm with a sugar bush, I quickly connected with the agricultural environment, the work, commitment, and sacrifices that this profession requires, but above all, I was quickly exposed to the management and entrepreneurship associated with a farm business. Growing up, I was fortunate to see the progress and changes my father made to triple the business in 25 years''.
